The Church has Left the Building - To The End of the Earth

David Garrison - Southern Baptist International Mission Board Associate VP

Acts 1:8
"TEOTE" The ends of the Earth

These are places where they ask, "What is a Christian?" The Red Zone - where when you ask them if they know Jesus they answer, "No, where is he? I would like to meet him." But you can also bump into TEOTE right here in Orlando. God has brought the lost right to our doorstep.

1. People are lost
Lost means wandering in the darkness. The people here don't know the way but God is at work.

2. Lost people are desperate
They can't wait and don't know America is in a recession. God is raising an army. God sends all kinds of people into the ministry: Nuclear Physicist, Servers, Aeronautical Engineers, Doctors, Nurses, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys. God uses every kind of person.

We all have something in common when it comes to missions work - we must be willing. God doesn't call everyone to go but to be willing, to pray, to serve, to support missions. Don't be scared - you'll miss what God has planned for you.
